Order Maintenance
The Order Maintenance screen is used the following:
- After submitting an order on the Order screen
- When selecting the Order Maintenance tab to perform a search
- When searching and selecting an order
Note: The Order Details screen appears by default when selecting the Order Maintenance tab.
Upon submitting or searching and selecting an order, the Order Maintenance screen allows users to perform the following:
- View Order Details
- View the FEMA Form
- View the Notice Letter
- View the Flood Loss Report
- Transfer a loan
- Downgrade to a Basic Determination or Upgrade to a Life of Loan Determination
- Perform a recertification (Recertify)
- Dispute a Flood Determination
- Attach Files to an order
- Change Loan Status
LOL Users
For those users with Life of Loan credentials, the Order Maintenance screen allows you to perform the following:
- View Order Details
- View the FEMA Form
- Downgrade a product type
- Change Loan Status
- View order History
- Dispute a Flood Determination
